Flood Bros. Disposal presents The Skinny & Houli Show as Skinny calls in from Florida to hype the upcoming Polar Plunge on Sunday, March 6th, benefiting Special Olympics and we mourn the passing of 1953 Heisman Trophy winner and legendary West Side Irishman Johnny Lattner.

The lovely Irish fiddler Teresa Shine joins us with her 6-month-old son Michael and Teresa promotes her monthly Irish music sessions at Connolly’s Public House in Oak Park Teresa is from St. Bede’s parish and was taught by the legendary Sligo fiddler Phil Durkin, who also taught her to drive a car!

Then Sara O’Malley of Diplomat Travel lays out the itinerary for the upcoming Skinny & Houli Irish Centennial Tour. We leave in October and space is limited so email Sara to sign up, ireland@godiplomat.com.

Then the gorgeous Mary Kate Love, 2015 Southside Irish Parade Queen, brings news of the big fundraiser at Bourbon Street on Saturday night February 27th. Parade steps off on Sunday March 13th at noon. Finally Houli plays the tape of his ground breaking interview with Irish rugby legend Tommy Bowe at Soldier Field last week promoting the upcoming match between The Irish Rugby team and The All Blacks from New Zealand. Teresa Shine returns for a final tune and her baby Mike bops along to the music! Next week, legendary Irish tenor Paddy Homan will be on the show, so tune in!
