Sean Brennan, author of the terrific Irish American memoir “Bridie’s Boy” joins Skinny and Houli to reminisce about the good old days and his take on being the tenth of eleven children growing up in the fifties and sixties in Oak Park in St. Edmund’s parish. Then Marcy Twardak and Ron Butera, from the Ovarian Cancer Symptoms Awareness 5K Dog Walk on Sept. 13th join us to talk about their event and how canines have helped in detecting cancer. Then old pals Kathy Taylor from The Irish Fellowship Club and Maeve Sheahan from Lurie Children’s Hospital give us the latest on their activities. Busy and fun night by the river, tune in!
