Podcast: July 5, 2014

Skinny & Houli welcome Kathy O’Neill from the Irish American Heritage Center back to the show as she pitches for Irish Fest next weekend. Scheduled to perform during the July 11-12-13 weekend  are Phil Coulter, The Tossers, The Chancey Brothers, Gaelic Storm and on Sunday at noon Karen and Patrick Cannady on fiddle and uilleann pipes and they play us a trio of tunes on this show, double jig a reel and a slow air entitled “White Haired Cassiday”. The sound is terrific and after some silly “Who Cares?” and some somber “Who Died?”,  our old pal Ray West drops in for some wise cracks. Happy 4th of July weekend America!
