Podcast: Sept. 22, 2013

Skinny & Houli welcome Chicago Firefighters Union Local 2 President Tom Ryan to the show and he brings his 29 years as a firefighter with him as he tells us some great stories of Chicago history and the CFD. Ryan is an informative and articulate spokesman for the men and women who risk their lives every day fighting “the war that never ends”. He tells us “it’s all about puttin’ the wet stuff on the red stuff”.

Tom left the next day for Colorado Springs to visit the IAFF Memorial Wall of Honor dedicated to firefighters who have lost their lives in the line of duty. Don’t miss this terrific show with a great Chicago character on Skinny & Houli!
