Skinny calls in from sunny Florida to taunt us about the weather as Paddy Houlihan sits in for him on the show this week. Brendan O’Connor of Big Guys Sausage on Roosevelt Road in Berwyn stops by to tell us all about his career as a sausage chef serving blue collar gourmet grub till 3AM to the characters who crowd his stand every Saturday night.  He’s got a $99 Super Bowl Special that will feed ten Big Guys!

Sean Cleland from the Irish Music School of Chicago comes by for some craic and fiddling and plays us a “Houli Hornpipe” and a special slip jig in honor of the late great Irish dance teacher Dennis Dennehy.

Next week we’ll be visited by Tim Desmond and the Roses of Tralee.
