Wow, another knock-out show! We start with a bit of boxing news about our good friend, Tom Zbikowski. This northwest suburban Arlington Heights native is headed into another boxing gig tonight in Atlantic City.
Then the boys sit down with Dan Smith of St. Patrick’s High School for a very interesting interview of the history of the renowned near west high school. Dan wrote a book for the school’s 150th anniversary.
After our weekly dish on “Who Cares” and “Who Died”, Skinny and Houli field a phone call from Dave McKee of the Chicago Stockyard Kilty Band. The SKB will be celebrating their 90th Anniversary on April 9 at 115 Bourbon Street. Congrats McKee and the whole band on this amazing milestone.
Plus, Skinny talks about his upcoming face transplant…. You gotta listen to understand.
Special shout out to our friend Tom Clemens and the Fire House Engine Company #54. Thanks for listening every week and for all you do for our great City!
As always, special thanks to our show sponsors: Flood Brothers Disposal, Hawthorne Racecourse and Jack Desmond’s Irish Pub.
